Climb Mount Everest

This is the most extreme challenge any person could undertake. It’s cold and the air is very thin. A slight change in conditions could be fatal, and at 8848m (29,029ft) above sea level, help is limited. As if that’s not tough enough, climbers must endure the ascent. Who’s tough enough?

Additional information

58,000 vertical steps

Method Suggestion

Walking up a steep hill / Steps at the park, at work / Step machine in the gym
