Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I get started?

Getting started couldn’t be easier. Head to our Challenges page to find something suitable. Simply add a challenge to your cart and proceed to the shopping cart page.

2. When do I get my medal?

As soon as you have submitted your evidence to us, we will attempt to review it within 48 hours of submission. Your medal will then be posted to you via one of our courier partners and be delivered within 10 days of evidence verification.

3. How do I submit my results?

Head to the Feedback form on the bottom of the website. State your name, challenge, and attach any files as evidence. We accept photographs, screenshots, manual forms and most other sensible methods. If we find your evidence to be unsuitable, you will be notified by email to provide further evidence.

4. What if I lose track of my progress and/or evidence?

It happens. We recommend all virtual athletes to keep track of their progress when completing their challenges over a period of time. If you’ve lost track soon after starting, you could restart. If you’re very far into your challenge, submit what results you have saved and send us an email. We will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.

5. Can I do the same challenge more than once?

Of course. In fact, we recommend repeating previous challenges to see how much progress has been made. There are no limits on the number of times a challenge can be completed.

6. Are there any age restrictions?

No. However, we advise that all virtual athletes under the age of 16 years, seek the consent of their parent or guardian before taking up any of our challenges.

7. I have a health condition, should I participate in any challenges?

If you have any health concerns relating to your participation in any of our challenges, please seek the advice of a registered Doctor/GP before proceeding.
